The first article I chose to respond to was "How to Answer the Toughest Interview Questions." I thought this was a good article for two reasons. One, that it was short and easy to read; two, that it did point out some of the common questions that interviewers ask as their "stump" questions. The article also gave tips on how you can become better at answering these sorts of questions.
The second article was on how to approach the second interview. The main thing it states is to be specific. Be specific with your skills and your accomplishments, the goal of this is to make yourself stand out from all the other applicants. The article also says to send a thank you letter to the people you spoke with and above all be patient. It states that it can take as little as a few days or up to a few weeks for a company to make their choice of who to hire. These tips will help you keep your composure and be ready when it is time for you to begin the interview process.
